Chairman's Council Philanthropic Commitment
- When you make an annual gift to the Chairman’s Council, you are automatically enrolled in the program and you will receive the program’s benefits accordingly.
- Your membership year is based on the date you enroll and will conclude 12 months later.
- You will be sent renewal reminder notices a few months prior to your membership expiration date.
- Individual gifts and matching gifts qualify you for membership in the Chairman’s Council.
- Gifts from Donor Advised Funds may not allow you to qualify got membership benefits. Please consult your tax advisor for clarification re your own personal circumstances.

- Dedicated appointment telephone line for Chairman's Council members
- Annual membership card
- Complimentary parking for each of your Lahey Clinic visits
